(Meet Dropbox)
Not just a file syncing service.
Most people know Dropbox for their eponymous file syncing product used across most of the globe. Some may also use Dropbox Paper, HelloSign, and DocSend.
Dropbox is used by some of the most influential organizations around — including National Geographic, Sundance, and Hearst — and across the media and technology, non-profit, and manufacturing spaces.
(Scope of Work)
Supporting the transition to a more enlightened way to work.
During my tenure with Dropbox, the company outgrew its metaphorical box of just being a file syncing service and into the space of reducing busywork and “work about work.”
From measuring self-serve acquisition through experimentation and quantifying barriers to customer retention to telling the Dropbox narrative and building a flexible brand-centric design system, I was able to work with some of the most talented folks around that I still look up to.
